When you cancel with them for better insurance they act as if they never spoken with you and Im still waiting on my renters insurance refund. I canceled November 19th and they still took my money the 4th of December. I have all the proof. Im curious how many more people have lost money through them. I know of 2. "Rates and "package deals" are decent, and the people are really nice. We have an old truck worth like $600 that we use maybe 4 times a year on the road to haul stuff, and insuring that thing is crazy expensive for some reason. Customer service can be lacking. They are VERY quick to respond if you need to add a vehicle or building to your policy, ie they are getting more money. But they will flat out ignore and not reply to you for weeks and weeks if you inquire about anything else, or if you inquire about a discount you may be entitled to. Just a typical insurance company I guess."

"April, I am not quite sure how your business is still up and running? I have came in to make a payment yesterday, and get mydaughter's name removed from my insurance. Also made a payment for the month of January, 2020. Instead of removing my daughter's name, the rude young woman sitting at the front desk, I hope she's not the owner because that would even be worse, cancelled my policy. I am totally out of words. People, be aware of this office in particular. Their customer service skills are below "0". One word - AWFUL!"

"If I could give any negative stars I would definitely do so. This office is hands down one of the worst state farm office I've ever dealt with. Uncompetitive staff who lacks information, are extremely rude with customers, and dont seems to know what in the world they are talking about. Dear owner, April Wilson, its your right to know that your staff, Allison, if I'm not mistaken with her name, got upset when I asked her why my husband gets letters to the residence we have never lived at, and in her exact words she said " I dont need your attitude". Where in America have you heard that it is okay to speak in such a manner with your clients??? I sure haven't. Good luck, thank God that my family are no longer insured with this particular office. Instead, we brought our business to the office just a few steps down the same street."
